Hi Goodnbad, An increase in bills is always concerning, and a lot of things can factor into a gas bill increase. I would recommend you check your meter reading and compare it against the End Read on your invoice to check that the bill is inline with your usage. I would also recommend looking at what gas appliances you have in the property as things like hot water systems, and heaters will causing a spike in the winter months. Thank you. Best Regards Ellen

Hi FossilFool, It is very disappointing to hear that not all banks have the capacity for our reference numbers, I know that can be disappointing. The good news is AGL has multiple methods for payments, you can log into your online account and pay your bill via the website or app. You can also contact our team here agl.com.au/contact-us/social/contact-us and pay the bill directly with us. Hi F_Kh, That can be frustrating however the good news is with meters that are in utility cupboards like yours is that the building manager should have access to it for safety reasons.
