You can find out more about this here (just make sure you have 'QLD' in the top right-hand corner). Hi @valgeo, Thank you for your post. The supply charge is the charge that applies for supplying electricity to your premises for each day of the billing period, regardless of how much electricity you use. Your pricing information should include the supply charge already. This should be the same case for your online meter reading and the estimated cost that appears for you. Hi @Natelimac6, thank you for the question and apologies for the late response. This issue concerning your 'no active accounts' display can often be a problem for new customers. Unfortunately, during the sign-up process your accounts and monitoring will not be available until your first bill has been issued. Hi @filatwork, this is a very good question! Just as you would have been responsible for contacting a Retailer when assuming ownership of the warehouse, it would also have been their responsibility to contact the Retailer to let them know that he would be moving out. Understanding that you have been the correct owner of the property for so long I would say that some obligations would come into play.
