Hi, the online field to enter the Reference Number does not accept spaces.But the Reference Number value on the bill contains spaces.e.g. Reference number 6543 2101 2345 6789 09So, cut and paste does not work, and requires you to remove the spaces.I suggest that these two items be aligned.Thanks, David.
