I am going through the same problem with AGL. Only me living in my home and my new 10kW system, according to AGL Bill, only exports 3 kW a day. My past bills clearly indicate that I use 6 - 7kW a day but the 'solar resolution team' at AGL just want me to believe that my usage has gone up - by 35kW a day!!! Go figure.
