Remove the Spaces from the Reference Number field in the bill.

Hi, the online field to enter the Reference Number does not accept spaces.
But the Reference Number value on the bill contains spaces.

e.g. Reference number 6543 2101 2345 6789 09

So, cut and paste does not work, and requires you to remove the spaces.

I suggest that these two items be aligned.

Great suggestion @Bikety_Bam , it does make sense to align these if possible.

What's your typical process for paying a bill? Do you usually do it on mobile or desktop? Have you tried paying through the AGL app?

It's also a great idea to set up direct debit so you can have bills paid from your preferred account automatically.
