Same with me. I have waiting to see my account updates since Nov 2020. On inquiry AGL staff only says that there is some account issue we are investigating. I am thinking of changing to another provider as AGL seems to be hiding something and I strongly believe that it does not take more than a month to resolve these type of issues. It is deliberate act to conceal information.

I can’t see my usage since 28 nov. I contacted AGL couple of times. First time I was told that there is some account issues and App will be back in a week and that was nearly 3 weeks ago. I contacted them again after a week with same response. Very disappointing to see AGL taking their customers for granted.
