Your new website is nothing to be proud of and I would think of sacking your IT department and get a professional to do it. Your customers want an itemised bill in their Email, not a statement that tells you nothing but what is owed. To force your customers to wade through a quagmire of information to find the itemised bill and get nothing but rejections or information they don't want and a total waste of time. is a disgrace.

This is all I get.:Something unexpected happened.We are sorry for any inconvenience. My Account is unavailable right now. Please check back soon. Why can't we just get an itemized bill in the Email.....?? without any bull**bleep**. You need to sack your IT team.

David from AGL,Your new system is useless and very difficult to find an itemised bill. Why do your customers have to go to so much trouble to find an itemized bill when you could simply put it on an email and send it like any other company does...???.
