Yet to be billed after 4 months

Hi,We moved over to AGL for both electricity & gas after moving house mid-year. The switch to gas has gone smoothly, but electricity wasn't switched over until late July and we are yet to receive a bill.I have only ever received an error when trying to check our usage costs on the website and it wasn't until I installed the app on my tablet, that I found that our billing period ends in Feb 2017 and our usage costs are currently over $700 and rising.We should have been billed after 3 months. Changing from another provider

How long does it normally take to change over from another provider to AGL?I signed up to AGL on June 7th from Origin. I received a plan confirmation email with my account number on Wednesday June 8th and the email stated that my connection with AGL has begun and I could change my preferences from my account.I am unable to register for an account as apparently one has already been created for me, but I can't login.I spoke to someone through chat on Thursday and she said that I couldn't log in be ...

I have now received 2 bills this morning. 1 bill for the period between 21/7/16 - 30/10/16 (102 days): $578.80 - pay on time discount = $380.76 due 28/12/162nd bill for the period between 31/10/16 - 23/11/16 (24 days): $103.31 + $578.80 (full amount from first bill) - pay on time discount = $655.20 due 28/12/16.It appears that the pay on time discount was reversed on the first bill and only applied to the amount due for the second billing period of 24 days.Any reason why this was done?
