Hi Everyone, I got some help with the Ginlong Wifi and I have been able to set the system up and log onto the Ginlong monitoring website but the system says it is 'loading' but no data is shown on the site. What do I do next?

Thanks for your help, my data logger looks like it is faulty. I haven't been able to log onto it after many attempts. I will ask AGL for a replacement

I too have recently tried to connect to the Ginlong data logger without success. Can AGL please provide some support (a guide that is user friendly in english rather than fractured english) to help me connect and gain access to my PV data. I need a better guide to enable me to connect via an Apple Mac and PC.

I signed up to the VPP program in April 2017 and it is now 10 months later and no system has been installed at my home! I have been very patient however the generic email I recieved from AGL about the program in December annoyed me greatly as it said nothing about when the rollout would recommence. I think that it is unethical for a business to take and hold a deposit and sign people up to a contract and then not commit to a reasonable delivery timeframe.
