Why does my bill say estimate

Hi I opened a reference 1668294274 about my bill saying estimate.It has been closed without explanation. I was advised to call the resolutions team.It is very frustrating. If someone needs to come out and read my smart meter let me know when they would come out. Can someone please advise why this reference was closed. I will not pay the current bill until the issue is resolved as I was advised regards Jimi

Why haven't I received my electricity bill

HiI would like to know why I haven't received my electricity bill yet? I initially received an estimated read on my smart meter which I had the bill locked and a new actual read was taken on the 7th July.I was told I would be receiving the new bill with an actual read by the end of the week,I still have not received it.I'm getting really fed up with all the issues at AGL. Nothing but mixed up gas meters and bills being missed.I think it is time for a change. JImi

Gas Bill - Was told i would receive higher discount

Hi I recently called AGL regarding an electricity issue which is still ongoing and was told I would now receive a 22% discount on my Gas bill.I recently received my bill and I only have a 14% discount. Please advise and resolve for me thanks Jimi

Electricity Bill has Estimated read and not actual with a smart meter

Hi I have a smart read electricity meter and my recent bill said that the read was an estimate and my bill appeared to be higher than normal.I was advised to send through an actual read of my meter which I did and then was told it is a smart meter and does not need to be sent through. Why is my bill saying estimate when it should say Actual and has on all previous bills? Regards Jimi
