Why haven't I received my electricity bill

HiI would like to know why I haven't received my electricity bill yet? I initially received an estimated read on my smart meter which I had the bill locked and a new actual read was taken on the 7th July.I was told I would be receiving the new bill with an actual read by the end of the week,I still have not received it.I'm getting really fed up with all the issues at AGL. Nothing but mixed up gas meters and bills being missed.I think it is time for a change. JImi

Being billed for neighbours gas

Hi I am writing to say how terrible the service at AGL has been in relation to my issue with crossed billing.I am in a duplex and have found out that our neighbours gas has been charged to out account since last year and they have been receiving our bill.They have a gas heater so we have been paying for that.I called up regarding this issue about getting our bill changed back to the correct meter and a refund for all out previous payments.So far this has been going on for a few months. Electricity Bill has Estimated read and not actual with a smart meter

Hi I have a smart read electricity meter and my recent bill said that the read was an estimate and my bill appeared to be higher than normal.I was advised to send through an actual read of my meter which I did and then was told it is a smart meter and does not need to be sent through. Why is my bill saying estimate when it should say Actual and has on all previous bills? Regards Jimi
