I have been on the phone today to AGL Customer Resolutions and I have been told that my AGL Billing has been blocked by Active Stream. There will be a minimum wait of 10 days. I am very concerned as I really like to see my daily usage. Is this common? I was not even told by anyone of this. I really would like the Bill Blocking removed.

So very disappointed that my AGL installed solar system that is still under warranty is still to fixed because there is a shortage of contractors in my home state. My system regularly trips due to grid over voltage. I have to shut down the system quite regularly when I leave my home for extended periods of time just to make sure that there is not a fire in my roof. Thank you for your advice. It would appear that the electricity provider did not provide an actual reading for this bill cycle (for my controlled load and normal electricity usage) so they provided estimated meter readings which were much higher than my normal electricity readings. The solar readings were actual not estimated. As a result of this my account has been put on hold and AGL will attempt to reissue my account with actual readings and not estimated readings.
