Your current reading is 1137.3087Your previous reading is 1131.83 Therefore your consumption is 5.4787Meter measures in Cubic meters, therefore you used 5.4787 cubic meters of hot water1 cubic meter of water is equal to 1000 litersTherefore you used 5.4787x1000= 5478.7 liters water this is equal to units measured 547087 multiplied by 10. this is because the units are 1/10th of a liter (this is confusing) the black/white and red dials are as per cubic meter ...

Hi Claire85, Did you check your readings of the meters. See whether those readings are appearing in the bills for the hot water meter last reading. Also the Gas bill has another component of the cooking gas consumption. Please check the meter for that too. Mostly the Hot water component will be the issue. If they are not the same Meter Read and the Last read in the bills (it should be close because the meters were read few days back). Most probably the Data logger will record something else. Let ...

Hi there, It's very good explanation and hope everyone will understand the same way. It's a very good practice to check the bills prior to make the payment. Always the accounts are over charged by the retailers if there is an error, it will be of our benifit that's Customers. If you make drect debit there won't be suffiecint time to check the bills and Once you make the payment they are not interested to hep and support you. Hi Bronte, This is highly technical issue as the meter reads in different units and the data logger shows in diffrent way plus the bills shows another way. The retailers and the Ombudsman Office do not have technical staff to explain the Customers these things clearly.
