Hi I've been trying to call and message AGL several times.to resolve paid payment not acknowledged as successful . Each time I got hold of a front office staff, I've been directed to email payments@agl.com.au with evidence of payment which I did. I received no response since 25th July. Because this was not resolved in a timely manner by AGL, I've directed debited for a second time today. I am growing frustrated with the handling of my payment issue. Thanks for your reply Jayden. Hooking up my electric HWS to the controlled load is precisely what I'm looking for. Although I can't be sure if the electrician who installed my smart meter has made configuration for this. So what's the next step I should I take? Cheers

Hi there, I just got my smart meter installed today with EDMI Atlas Mk7C. With this model installed, can I assume I'm able to sign up for controlled load tariff? And what's the process of signing up? Thanks,basso
