Hi NielC, yes I can download previous bills without any issues. The Meter has been with us for about 3 years. We were part of the NSW Smart Meter trial.I know I can't get usage data because a don't have a AGL Smart Meter but what I would like (and others) is access to the CSV file that was updated with the latest billing period data and available when the bill was due. Access stopped when AGL changed the website. Hopefully AGL will find an answer soon. Cheers

Thanks for the response David. I go to https://myaccount.agl.com.au/usage but there is NO icon to click on to download data. See attached. I have tried Edge, Chrome and Safari with no change. The Yearly button does nothing. Thanks

I still can't see anywhere on the website to download usage data. When is it coming back? it's been months since someone posted that it would be only a few weeks. If its not coming back please advise whom we email to get the data sent. Thanks
