Hi, I just got my Gas bill today and it seems exaggerated considering my whole family has been away for the last couple of months. I am sure I have not consumed that much gas compared to last quarter, considering I was the only user and I am not home during the day and do not consume much gas when I am home (i.e. I don't cook daily). I see that the gas bill is estimated based on my last bill. Not sure how to rectify this. RegardsAnis
