I have been on the phone waiting to speak to an AGL representative. I have now been waiting for exactly 40 minutes. The time is 1015am.To add insult to injury, the cyclical recorded message, use the words "this is unacceptable"" and "sorry for the wait". She is correct this wait time is NOT ACCEPTABLE!! I understand the practical issues but notwithstanding this I will not put up with this treatment of equally busy people. My many accounts with AGL will be cancelled forthwith.
