Solar input investigation

Switched-on

I am having trouble with my solar inverter connectivity. It inconsistently unconnected and puts up a message of “Inconsistent Fault”.  I have had it checked out by your solar service team and they found no problem. Can you please investigate your metering lines for any disruptions?  One of my messages said it had no input connection   I would appreciate help in solving this problem.
