Hi Nick, can I just confirm this is happening after you enter your username and password / one time code?  Any screenshots you can provide will be very helpful.

Hi Matt, I had setup app a couple of months ago and signed in so that each time I hit the app it went straight to my a/c and displayed it. Then a couple of weeks ago, when I opened the app the screen showed an icon of a cloud with raindrops falling from it with these ords beneath it... "It's not you, it's us" "We're having trouble connecting to your account. Sorry for the hold-up"
