New account not showing up on App

Hi,

 

I recently moved houses and disconnected one place and started my AGL at the new place. I have tried three times (via phone and via the chat) for me to be able to access my new account via the app and also online but it keeps taking me back to my old place and that it is disconnected. I have logged in and out. Deleted the app and reinstalled, even logged in with the new account number but It still shows up the previous account. Does anyone know how I can fix this?
