Missing Last Month's data in app

Switched-on

The app shows Oct-Nov as last month and Nov-Dec data is missing. Usage is showing current period correctly.

 

Is this a known issue or something new? Or is it just on my phone?

Having identical issues and getting sent in circles trying to get correct answers not able to pay the bill if incorrect details provided.
