I have already clicked agree terms and conditions box at the bottom of website as the second picture shown and the then i clicked ‘I Accept’ button but the website inform me ‘Please confirm agree to terms and conditions’.However, I have already agree that.

I mean that I can not complete the move home online until now.
Additionally, this problem happened when I full the information of move home in the third step.
