For a few weeks cannot access agl app get response ‘it’s not you it’s us try again’ Have tried online and by phone app and iPad app. If I don’t get the above message and get a logon screen told password is incorrect. When trying to access by code the code provided by agl three times has been rejected. How do I access my account. I get text messages to put in my gas meter reading but how can I when I cannot access my account. The app is useless.
