Hi, is this issue still occurring for you? I'm assuming that you logged into the app and was unable to perform the SSMR when you clicked on the link is this correct?
I had the same problem. I made 10 phone calls, with so many reasons why. I was about to leave AGL. My account was reset 5 times.The answer was when you Log In don't use your password get the AGL Verification Code.
