App doesn't show usage and sold to grid

After I installed my solar, I've requested reconfiguration of my smart meter to be able to sell those power to the grid, however after reconfiguring my smart meter and received an update to the app to show sold to grid, my AGL app stopped showing my usage as well as the sold to the grid information. This looks like a bug that needa to be checked by AGL app team.

Tried to call customer service about this issue but they mentioned they could not help but to raise this to their app developers. Did not even opened a ticket for me. Im checking resolved cases from here and the resolution times are terrible. I am hoping AGL fix this issue as soon as possible else this app is useless for customers who are experiencing the same.
