I am sick and tired of AGL treating their customers as fools. I previously was able to use this app. when the account was in my mother's name. Unfortunately she passed away on Christmas day and I changed both my Gas and electricity into my name.
Since this time I have made up to a dozen phone calls advising that I was not able to gain entry because it kept coming up with something like "oops this is embarrassing, try again later" Later never comes. This has now been going on for nearly a month. I have requested that a tech. ring me to try and fix the issue, but they are like their app. it never happens. I have tried numerous things, such as uninstalling and installing. Logging into the website (which I can do).
If they cannot fix the issue, then just tell the truth, don"t keep me going around in circles.
