AGL APP USAGE TAB NOT WORKING

USAGE TAB KEEPS SAYING THE SERVER IS NOT WORKING .... THIS HAS BEEN HAPPENING FOR OVER A FEW WEEKS NOW.

 

I HAD THIS AT THE BEGINNING WHEN I JOINED AND IT GOT FIXED.  BUT NOW IT'S BACK TO NOT WORKING AGAIN.

 

CAN I GET HELP TO GET THIS WORKING AGAIN PLEASE.

So that we can investigate this further, would you mind posting screenshots of this error? It'd also be very helpful if you could shoot me a quick private message including your AGL account number and address.

I'm having the same problem.  Usage stopped showing on 24-09-2019.  Then the usage started appearing again on 24-12-2019.  Then, no reading since 02-01-2020.  

 

A week before, I saw the usage from September to December with some blanks on certain days, but now, the entire November and most of January is unaccounted for.  

 

Please check.
