I have just received my new contract rates for electricity effective from 1 July 2023. Building on top of recent increases, they reflect a further staggering increase of 31.7%. Given your PR advertisements in the media that invite praise for your rush to renewable energy, I feel that I am missing something.
Can you please explain when the cheap renewable energy sources are going to deliver the economies we are told they will and when will this be reflected in my power bill ?
