hi guys
yet another no show. no contact, no nothing. how hard is it to honour an appointment that takes 4 weeks to confirm? who is going to compensate me for my time and your broken promises time and time again? not to mention how fractured your front of house is... bouncing from agent to agent, getting passed to 'resolutions', only to get bumped off to another department. it's 2018. do better or i take my business elsewhere.
