What can I do for my new solar?

Last month, I installed my new solar system and chose a new plan for it. But today I received my new bill. It shows I have not received any feed in tariff.
I called AGL today. They told me they need some paperwork from our solar installer. So I called my installer. They called to AGL, but AGL refused to talk with my installer. AGL said that is customer information, so they need customer call to them.
And our installer told me some form had been cancelled from 1 Dec 2017 by SA Power Networks, so they do not need to send any form to AGL.
So now what can I do?
