We have moved to a new property and we have a 5kwh solar system with a Smart Meter that sends data directly to AGL.
We have been unable to access any data about how much solar energywe are generating or how much dailu energy usage we are using since June 2018. We have no idea whether the meter is working of not. Not very impressed. Our previous property had a Smart Meter that I read myself monthly. We are located in South Australia. The AGL app and Internert option through my account does not work.
Would prefer a digital meter so we can monitor our usage properly.
