Hi @rewards , thanks for the feedback, I appreciate you letting us know. It would certainly be handy to have the points instantly available, but unfortunately that's not possible with how the flybuys process works at this stage.
reward points should be credited at the same time.I received a very bland reply from AGL saying the policy is not geared to do this yet the rewards programme that Woolworhs have do exactly that as I also have a woolies card.As soon as you purchase anything the docket given to the purchaser details an accurate update on your rewards points to the very last purchase.Coles does not wish to adopt this nor does their associate retailers like agl.This si not some rocket science amendment and only requires a little imagination
