June 2019 update doesn’t show hourly data

The updates to your web app seem to show less data than was available last week. It looks more slick but I cant see as much info. 

There is no hourly usage data and I can only set the period to “billing period “, there are no other options. Should I be able to see daily data?

IPad Air 2, and tried with Safari and Chrome.

Sorry, I meant the website, not the phone app.

Thanks heaps for your feedback. The Usage section within My Account is being overhauled to give our Solar customers a consolidated view of their electricity usage and generation.

 

The team at AGL are currently working on implementing granular views for Usage. This means that smart meter customers will have the ability to view usage by yearly, monthly, weekly, daily and hourly, as well as billing periods. This will be available within your account in the coming weeks so stay tuned. In the meantime, feel free to download our app to drill into your usage further.
