Ongoing Issues

Message keeps saying that it is an error from your end and not my end

I have tried to log to my agl account but still having issue. Message keeps saying that it is an error from your end and not my end.. also even if i go to a computer and try to log in it says you're trying to fix.. can i ask if possible to sort this out so as i can check my bills.

Hi Lydia, thanks for your feedback.  A few customers have faced similar problems.  I might get some account details from you in a private message if thats ok.  Just comment here when you have read the thread.  Is this error appearing immediately after you complete the login process (enter your password then hit login)?
