Ongoing Issues

Cannot login. System does not recognise any of my devices. You send access codes and change of password but they are never accepted or I am told the problem is at your end, pkease try another time. Please re-initialise all my online accounts and access and advise me I can start again. This has been the same problem for 2 months. Thanks, David

Hi David, thank you for your feedback.  We've had a few customers report similar issues.  We are looking into this at the moment and have been able to identify that on some occasions this can be caused by data issues when our app tries to load your information.  I'll keep you updated with or progress through this thread.
