I logged in to cancel my Bill Smoothing plan and wasn't able to find out how.

Unfortunately you will not be able to cancel your Bill Smoothing plan through your My Account. You will need to contact our customer service team to do this which you can do by web chat or by calling 131 245.
I'd like to be able to change my Bill Smoothing payment amount too in My Account.
Let's see if the Community would also like to see this functionality!
