we currently have two meters in our switchboard 1 of which is not operating anything since we upgraded our hot water service. Is there a charge to have this removed when upgrading to a smart meter and having this removed off our account?

My previous question was not answered. If we requested a smart meter upgrade and the 2 meters that we currently have 1 of which is no longer in use as we have had our hot water service removed from this meter is there a charge to get this done? And can we get the 2nd meter removed from our account?
