I could see my usage for each day and hour by hour for January but nothing for February.
Also I have downloaded the AGL Energy app to my phone but when I put in my password it takes me to a blank page with only two boxes at the bottom marked cancel and I agree. Clicking on I agree does nothing - any ideas or help would be appreciated.
We are aware that some customers are experiencing delays in their usage data, which we'd like to apologise for. Rest assured, we're constantly working to improve on these delays! Regarding the issues you're experiencing with app itself, we'd recommend that you try deleting and reinstalling the app to see if this fixes the issue.
