Somehow I cant get my hourly usage from 31st July, and it is showing as no data.
I tried to contact agent through customer chat, but he seemed has no clue.
Can anyone please help me with this?

Thank you for providing me some additional information via private message. I've located the error causing this delay and am currently working with our IT team to resolve this.
