Long time my partner and myself gave up. We were always told they would contact us as soon as they will have a couple of customers in our area to install the smartmeter. After many months, we never heard anything from AGL. We are also thinking about changing provider as the AGL service is very poor...

Our Digital Metering team would be most happy to look into this for you, and they can be contacted on 1300 669 245. However, you will also have the option of escalating the matter through a complaint by emailing our team on complaints@agl.com.au.
