we have been advised that soon our meter will be upgraded. The letter says there are no 'upfront' costs. Are there on going costs that I am not being told about.
Your electricity rates won't change with a digital meter, and the only additional charge I'm aware of would potentially be if you opted to not use remote communication on your meter.
