We've had the digital meter installed at our home and the information says that I can monitor usage on the app. I've checked that I have the latest version of the app but can't see where I'm able to see my usage. The only usage that is visible is bill information for previous quarters, there is no current information being displayed. Can you help?
After your meter is physically upgraded there is a period of changeover in our system of about 1-2 weeks before your usage data is available in your app. So, if your meter was only just upgraded then we'll have to ask you to be patient! If these changeover occurred more then two weeks ago, please complete the feedback form under the 'More' tab within the app, and our support team will take a closer look at things for you.
