If you've arranged a connection but you find that you still don't have a supply of electricity and/or gas, then it's important that you start by checking to ensure that all main switches and levers on your electricity and gas meters are turned to the 'On' position. If you've checked this and you find that you still don't have supply, then we encourage you to contact us.
