Digital meter connection

I have a digital electricity meter, yet it is being read manually by agl, how do I enable digital automagic reads? and why isnt this being done automatically rather than sending someone every three months?

Hi Mahmoud, welcome to neighbourhood. Is it a smart meter? There are some manually read meters that have digital displays but still need to be read manually, or it could be a manually read interval meter. That records itself every 15-30 minutes, but still requires someone to get the information from it manually every quarter.
