Our New Connections team are generally the best team to speak to in regards to gas abolishments, however, the escalation is dependant on a few factors, and ultimately, your local distribution company is responsible for completing the job so they will need to have the capacity to get out their quicker for you. As mentioned in private message, we've sent the escalation request off. As far as an update goes, the distributor has confirmed they received the request and would attempt to escalate it with a contractor, however, they haven't provided us any further details unfortunately.
