Having agreed to become a household AGL customer for my house in Cottesloe I am finding the site absolutely impossible to achieve even a login!
Unending "runaround" is the only word I can find to describe a seemingly endless process!
I regret my decision to try to move AGL

I'm sorry to hear that you've found our online services so difficult to use. If you've only just recently agreed to join AGL, then there is a good chance that your transfer is still in progress. Whilst this is the case, you will have very limited access to your online account until this transfer process is completed and your account is fully established with AGL. You should expect to receive email confirmation once everything is set up and ready to go!
