Am unable to enter meter read and last reading shows as 29/3/19 even though latest Bill is dated 7/6/19.
Is there a problem with this aspect of app
It sounds like there could be an issue here.
Would it be possible for you to upload a screenshot of the errors you're experiencing?
Latest (and first) bill 7/6/19 shows meter read as 30,107 and the 29444 figure above was at 29/3/19 following a verbal notification of figures .

I definitely see what you're referring to. Entering your current meter reading won't cause any hassles - do you get an error when you attempt to do this?
Had done a reply which disappeared.
Basically I entered random numbers which created a problem.
Upshot is AGL billing are going to sort it out .
Real time meter readings are showing correctly.
When Billing is sorted i will mark this as solved
