The AGL app not updating

My AGL app hasn’t updated since the end of January and want show me my energy usage, since I have a newly installed smart meter. 

 

Why cant I receive this information

My App usage isn’t updating daily use since I paid my last bill, is there a reason for this?

Can I ask if your usage data has updated as of yet? If not, then what date did it last update?
