When I log in to My Account, I can only see my electricity account but not my gas account. How can I get them to both appear?

if your electricity and gas accounts are listed under different account numbers, then we may need to link these together manually in order for you to be able to access your gas information. Please get in touch with our customer service team with your account numbers at the ready, and they'll be happy to do the rest for you!
