I need to discuss my account but am unable to talk on the phone - nothing happens when I click on the Chat function. There is also no 'Message Us' option showing in 'My Account'.

Hi @Peggyb . I'm sorry to hear that - It's odd that neither of those options would be showing up. Could you send me a private message with a screenshot of your My Account overview page so we can look into it?
Another alternative is to send us a message through the AGL Energy app. You'll find the message button in the top right of the app overview screen.
I have the same issue as above - chat is not selectable (and there's no "Send us a message" in My Account section either). Using up to date Safari browser.
