I had ordered a $500 eBay eGift Card (order # 5298) for my friend's birthday and when I forwarded the eGift card which I received from AGL to her, she discovered that the eGift card was empty (i.e. didn't contain any details at all). How embarrassing and disappointing.
Could AGL Rewards please help me to follow this up?
